Return & Exchange Policy — EMT Air Purification Products & Vital Environments

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of EMT air purification products and related equipment sold by Vital Environments are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, cancellations, or store credit once an order has been processed and shipped.


Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all products prior to shipment. If your product arrives damaged or is defective, we will provide an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide your order number and photo or video documentation clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, or physical abuse.

Upon approval, a replacement unit will be issued.


How to Request an Exchange

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


Shipping for Approved Exchanges

If an exchange is approved:

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided (if applicable).

  • The defective unit must be returned before the replacement is shipped unless otherwise authorized.

  • Vital Environments reserves the right to inspect returned products prior to issuing a replacement.


Warranty

Certain EMT air purification products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and are separate from this return policy. Manufacturer's Warranty is 1 year from this date of purchase.
